Cardio
Plus - An energetic cardio workout which combines the best of
traditional aerobic, dance & low impact moves. Choreography is presented

The Core
Challenge - A powerful 40-minute workout that targets the abdominals, lower

Kickboxing - An aerobically based martial arts & boxing program.
Classes combine punches, kicks & footwork anyone can follow with actual

SPINNING
- This non-impact cycling journey burns calories, strengthens the legs and

Simple
Step - A low impact step workout for all fitness levels. Routines are

stress-free workout with gentle, effective exercises. No swimming skills
