Class Descriptions:

POWER HOUR - the group strength and conditioning program that can do it all:  increase strength, enhance muscle tone and appearance, burn fat while increasing lean tissue, improve balance and coordination, elevate muscle endurance and increase bone density (vital for reducing the chances of acquiring osteoporosis).  *60 min. * Strength & Conditioning work only * Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels*  (Click button on left for more info)

Cardio 45 - An energetic cardio workout which combines the best of traditional aerobic, dance, and low impact moves.  Choreography is presented high & low impact in this fun-filled class. Strength & conditioning movements included. *60 min. *Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels*

The Core Challenge - A powerful 40-minute workout that targets the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks.  *40 min. * Non-aerobic body sculpting & flexibility * Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels*

Kardio Kickboxing - An aerobically based martial arts & boxing program.  Classes combine punches, kicks & footwork anyone can follow with actual contact working combinations on a portable punching bag.  Jump rope, shadow fighting & sparring drills complete your total body workout.  Gain endurance, strength and self-confidence. *60 min. * Strength & Conditioning work included * Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels*

SPINNING - This non-impact cycling journey burns calories, strengthens the legs and improves your endurance.  Climb, run, jump & sprint on the uniquely designed Johnny G. Spinner cycle.  Challenge your body and take your mind for a ride. *40 min. * Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels - beginner to world class athlete* (Click button on left for more info)

Simple Step - A low impact step workout for all fitness levels.  Routines are simple and fun, and you will feel successful. *60 min. * Toning included * Recommended for Novice steppers and new members - a more moderate paced class*

Swimnastics - A cardiovascular and conditioning workout in a heated pool makes this the perfect stress-free workout with gentle, effective exercises.  No swimming skills required.  *45-60 min. * Conditioning work included * Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels - especially beneficial for those with injuries and/or joint problems*

Water Aerobics - An invigorating cardiovascular workout with minimal impact for both swimmers and non-swimmers.  The water provides great resistance and a gentle environment for this exciting class! *60 min. * Strength & Conditioning work included * Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels*

Yoga/Tai-Chi - Fluid movements balance, harmonize and focus internal energies in a relaxing meditative form.  Simple Yoga postures enhance flexibility and strength, while focusing mind/body awareness. *60 min. * Non-Aerobic/ Strength, Alignment & Flexibility * Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels*

Pilates - A method of Body Conditioning consisting of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph Pilates.  *60 min. *Non-Aerobic Body Sculpting * Increased strength & overall flexibility *Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels*

Sitness Fitness - A complete workout using the elements of stretching, strengthening and low-impact cardiovascular exercise. Movements are performed in both sitting and standing positions.  a cardiovascular workout to gently guide you into low impact aerobics.  Format specifically designed to improve balance, posture, agility, flexibility and coordination. *45 min. *Low-impact aerobics, toning, balance, range of motion and stretching included *Recommended for Men & Women of ALL fitness levels (using a chair for balance & support)

Senior Strength - A FUN 30-minute class to gradually strengthen the muscles and joints used in every day activities.  It is the perfect starting point for those new to fitness as well as those who have been involved on a regular basis.  *30 min * Non-aerobic body sculpting *Recommended for Men & Women of all fitness levels.
