POWER HOUR

Available in Rochester exclusively at Northgate Health Club and Lady Northgate!

POWER HOUR  is the group strength and conditioning program that can do it all:  increase strength, enhance muscle tone and appearance, burn fat while increasing lean tissue, improve balance and coordination, elevate muscle endurance and increase bone density (vital for reducing the chances of acquiring osteoporosis.

And POWER HOUR is anything but predictable.  Your POWER HOUR leaders will provide you with unique routines each and every class - no more plateaus with no chance for you and your body to become bored with your fitness routine.

For men and women of all ages, POWER HOUR is tailored to meet the needs of every fitness level - from those just starting out to those who have been involved for years.  POWER HOUR participants can expect  floor work, high & low repetition lifts using barbells with adjustable weights and hand weights, range of motion movements and the use of POWER HOUR stations...  and sprinkled in a never ending dose of motivation and fun!!  

Give us an hour at least twice per week and let us help you find the power!!!
