Located in the new River Center Plaza (formerly Northbrook Shopping Center), Lady Northgate is a 5400 square foot fitness / wellness facility for women.  As a comparison, Northgate Health Club is a coed facility with over 24,000 square feet.

Lady Northgate's mission mirrors that of Northgate Health Club:  to give members the utmost in personal attention while providing the most complete fitness facilities and programming possible.  Not self-service or "card key" clubs, Northgate Health Club and Lady Northgate pride themselves on providing full service.  On every visit our goal is to welcome you by name and put a smile on your face at every opportunity.  

In addition to the fitness center, Lady Northgate features complete locker room facilities with showers and changing rooms; a nursery for children 2 months to 10 years; group personal training classes such as POWER HOUR, Yoga and Pilates and a complete tanning salon.

The Lady Northgate fitness center includes an Express Paramount Fitness Circuit, a cardio center with Star Trac treadmills, cross trainers stairclimber and fitness bikes; free weights; and multi-functional fitness trainers.  As with Northgate Health Club, Lady Northgate’s fitness programs are designed and supervised by certified personal trainers.  Our personal trainers pride themselves at meeting you where you are at right now and helping you move a step at a time towards looking and feeling your best.  Fitness is a journey, not a destination.
